  • The Services will only use the email information within your ECC Data to identify calendar-related details. The Services will not to compose, send or delete emails from your account.
  • The Services will not transfer your ECC Data to others unless doing so is necessary to provide the Services, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets involving Better Ai.
  • The Services will not use your ECC Data for serving advertisements.
  • The Services will not allow humans to read your ECC Data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or for the internal operations of the Services (and then only when such data has been aggregated and anonymized).

The foregoing restrictions also apply to your ECC Data when it has been aggregated and anonymized.
